I have used Turbo Tax in the past and decided to go with the Full Service option this year and was very pleased with my experience. Filing took only a few days and with no complications. Walter was quick to respond, and was very adaptable to my schedule as well as the different time zones we were in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Generally good, but not always self-explanatory I find Turbotax helpful in working through most difficult issues and questions -- either in the program itself through their "learn more" function, or through their on-line or call support functions. But occasionally they through something at you that is totally mysterious. This happened in my attempt to "fix errors" where it kept asking me about OR-DEPR for my state, and I had no idea what it meant, or where to find out what I should be entering. Nothing came up in the topic search, nor did I find any such form in my tax return from last year, when I also used Turbotax.
