Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intuitive Tool I have now used TurboTax for 3 years and every year there are enhancements which make it easier to file my returns. It's simple and easy to use and I like that I can access on my phone and laptop. The only clunky thing for me this year was it didn't connect to financial institutions and "pull" my 1099s etc across, but this wasn't a major issue as I reverted to manually uploading the docs which worked great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Time consuming - Live version not worth the $ I had two very simple questions about my return and it took 3 hours!! to get answers and I did not even get clear answers. I ended up needing to make the decisions myself based on vague information. It was unacceptable.
