Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good It was going good until turbo tax automatically started adding my last years W-2's into my new W-2's, I then had to go back to my documents and delete the last year W-2's to fix this problem. Other then that they were great, very fast and very easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many fees Normally, I'm a huge fan of TurboTax; I have been using the company since I started filing taxes. This year, however, I felt almost forced to upgrade in order to get my maximum refund, which I have never noticed before. On top of this, it was made to seem like I had to file in multiple states when there were no qualifying reasons for me to (the AI chat was not helpful in clarifying this, and I would've had to pay even more to speak to a person). Finally, maybe it's just me, but the processing fee is either new or much higher than it has been in the past. I don't mind paying for the service, as I would have to if I went anywhere else, it's the way the price starts low and slowly gets tacked up as you go along.
