Rated 1 out of 5 by from Probably will not ever file this way again The girl I was partnered with originally that told me the forms I would need was pretty helpful. however, there seemed to be a big disconnect between how she was via Dyan, my tax preparer. This gal essentially introduced herself and then ghosted me for days/weeks it felt. She seemed unorganized, forgetful, and at times kind of rude. I would go days without hearing from her and then at 10pm on a Sunday she would be blowing up my messenger with “I need this paper ASAP to avoid needing to file an extension”. I had to constantly keep checking in with her, and it wasn’t until I told her straight up I was going to downgrade my plan that suddenly she started responding again. Then when it became apparent that it would be too late for me to go anywhere else, she ghosts me again for days. I wish I would have listened to gut and bailed when she suddenly took interest in getting things done, but I wanted to give her another chance. Here we are down to the wire and just now we’re done. Super frustrated with this process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful package It was very good, and very helpful. The only thing I'm curious about: A couple of times, it asked me for a number from a line off of last year's return. My return from last year was saved; why didn't it just read it? It read all the other information from last year's return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decades of Filing with TurboTax We do not have a very complex return to file, but do have investments, royalties, and rental property. TurboTax Premier has handled those numbers for us for a couple decades now, so it does not seem to be a complex task to file. From the time we loaded it from a bunch of floppy disks to now with a CDROM that triggers a download it has done the job for us. Without fail and not a single audit.
