Rated 3 out of 5 by from this year was difficult bought a CD this year. Could not download info from previous years, even though I had used TurboTax for a number of years. Could not get through to customer service. Always got the automated voice. The only reason I use TurboTax is for the download of data from my broker. If not for that, it would not be worth the considerable extra money over other services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Cuts Through the Insane US Tax Code I had a problem with deductions and the Help Line expert got me through it quickly and professionally. The US tax code is insanely complicated so, until they decide to simplify it to something more sensible, TurboTax will get you through it.
