Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less intuitive than before! After years of using TurboTax using the import, function was not as intuitive to use. Also the prompt for applying a refund to next year's taxes was harder to find in this year's version as was the estimated tax calculation. Finally as I teried to sign up for the new TurboTax Advantage service, the TurboTax prompt took me to another sign on page despite already being signed in and then after being signed in on that page, I was automatically asked to sign on again with a new password. Enough!!! I won't buy the "new" service which is so impossible to sign in to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Full service is extremely helpful! We had a few new complexities to our taxes this year and our Turbo Tax Live Expert was extremely helpful in clarifying what documentation we would need in order to successfully submit our taxes. She was prompt, concise and friendly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still good, just getting pricier. I was disappointed in not knowing my costs upfront based on my previous 5 years of use. Towards the end of the process a window popped up stating that I needed to upgrade to the $169 because of a situation that was never an issue in the past. Did not care for that - however, I spoke with three (3) different people over 1+ hours and did get a discount this year and some tips from a fantastic CPA Paulina - Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Probably my last year with Turbo Tax This year, data entry is SO FRUSTRATING. Manually entering W2 info is very slow, it does not allow you to tab through (easily at least) each field, long pauses for no reason (I have used on 3 different computers and it made no difference). I have used Turbo Tax since 2011 and I will NEVER buy it again!
