She helped me with my return at the very last minute and was able to assist me with alot of things that I was not able to figure out on my own. 10/10 service from a very competent person

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many problems with your software this year :( First year this was not compatible with my new computer. It freezes up, the windows that opened up were blank. Had to put in activation code on two separate occasions. I have used this since 2004 but this was a truly a horrible experience
