Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - investment forms / struggles I struggled to connect to Robinhood, for my 1099B. When auto connecting it only found my 1099-DIV. Figuring out how TurboTax works to be able to find the 1099B and add Robinhood, outside of the DIV form... was a real time sink. I wish we could OPT-IN to have all our tax documents just sent to turbotax - that way a user doesnt have to constantly fill stuff out and fumble through the software. Regardless of my feedback - TurboTax is still the best and most user-friendly service I have used for reporting taxes. I notice improvements each year too. Great Service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Organized and Fun I had intended to use a full-service preparation but because I was slow signing up (April 6), I was only offered help with an extension so decided to proceed with use of chat help if needed. When I reached the point where help was necessary, the Live Experts (especially Theresa) were excellent. Software is improved.
