Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Simplified Due to an over demanding work schedule and moving, I only had 1 opportunity to complete my taxes the latest I have ever filed in my life. With only 2 days to spare, Turbo helped me complete my taxes on time and with not too much pain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is TERRIBLE This gets more expensive and more difficult every year. This is more complex and does not cover everything and ends up missing a lot of things. I wish there was another company that would come out with something better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only used it because I was late this year It has become less of a tax filing service than a constant upsell. Plus all the non-sensical graphics and gimmicks. When I say no to something, I don't want to be asked the exact same question five times.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will not use Turbo Tax next year First I could not use the the cd because my Mac does not have Macos Big Sur. Then I could not download through www.turbotax.com. Spent over one hour with your representative Netti who is a wonderfully patient rep. When we finally got to go on line I was told that i needed to pay again. Even though I had already paid for the CD and had a valid code I ended up having to pay again.
