Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX PREMIER; GREAT PRODUCT; NOT A GREAT PRICE Being a long-time TurboTax user, TurboTax Premier continues to be a GREAT individual income tax preparation product, but the price, Federal & VA state returns, jumped up $30 from a year ago!!!??? This was in addition to the $15 discount for being a Fidelity customer! The cost is becoming a burden, in addition to the taxes owed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from okay to use Turbo Tax some time there were some important topics should have a small side window to remain the users. Just like my situations, I have not received the second simulate check which is $600, I never know I have to almost finish all Fed return then I will be able to enter this info. if Turbo Tax could display those popular information at the time to start to file a return, that will be nice for the user who have those money issues questions. But overall, Turbo Tax is the best file tax return software in the market.

I had 2 issues and found out I had been incorrectly loading my wife's pension as taxable income when as a teacher in Mass it should be exempt. Solved now I will need help to correct my past returns. Also had a problem with e-mail return and they helped me correct that problem as well. Love the on line chat and turning the visual review over to turbo Tax consultants.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't plan on returning My computer died after I started doing my return and when I went to install it on my new computer I was unable to do so without changing my display resolution in between EACH step of the process. It took over an hour to complete this, and then I had to repeat this process when I needed to purchase a second state tax form, since I live and work in different states. I chose not to e-file my state taxes because I didn't want to deal with that process to pay for e-filing two different state returns.
