Rated 3 out of 5 by from Where is the cryptocurrency for Premier?!? Turbo Tax used to be good because I felt it was keeping current with financial trends. Cryptocurrency trading is not new anymore. Premier was missing any and all cryptocurrency features that I was expecting this year. Help function made references only to the online version and not software. This was a missed opportunity by Turbo Tax. Not sure I will use this next year as a result.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was good expereience Once again, I was assigned the first expert who was not reviewing my documents and business hours were not flexible to my hours to ask questions. However, John was excellent. His turn-around response was great; he answered all my questions.

It was nice being able to talk to an expert and have the flexibility to communicate with them on my time frame. Stephen was very patient and knowledgable about my specific tax situation. He made several very helpful suggestions during the process giving me much needed peace of mind. I will most likely use this service again next year. The only thing I was not prepared for was the seemingly high demand for this service. This seemed to have caused some delay in my tax expert being able to respond in a timely manner due to his abundance in overall case load.
