Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use. Only issue I had was the state forms did not pull up to print as we have to mail in Oklahoma. When I requested the print form, I just received one page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Error Checking is confusing. Overall the product is great. The final error checking could use improvement in providing links to cause of errors. Often an entry is highlighted with no indication of what is wrong with it. Should at least give ref. to a tax rule.

This is made so simple and self explanatory I really appreciate all you put into helping people get the most possible returns with the least headache...thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Standard Deduction short cut needed After years of filing and recent increases in standard deductions, unless due to unusual circumstances, I have found that my itemized deductions do not and will not exceed the standard deductions. It is cumbersome and burdensome to collect and add all my medical expenses plus other deductions knowing that they will not exceed the standard deductions. A short cut to bypass these itemized deductions would be a help. A phrase such as "Looking back at your most recent itemized deductions and previous years' trends do you expect this year's itemized deductions to exceed the current standardized deductions? Any new increased expenses? Bypass itemized deductions.".
