Rated 3 out of 5 by from charitable donations When reviewing my return, TurboTax kept saying there was a problem with my charitable donations amount. However, the program would not show me where the source of the problem was or provide a link to go back to the inconsistency. I had to use google to find the form and schedule to see where the problem was. I've been trying to file this for two weeks now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was really great I have filed our taxes since 2014 with Intuit's Deluxe Turbo Tax. Every year it has gotten more informative, efficient and easy to use. At each step the depth of explanation and guidance is truly exceptional.

Granted I understand speaking via text can get distorted but this rep just complicated the issue even further and frustrated me. I ended up just cutting the conversation short and coming back days later to finish filing on my own. Also I have used Turbo Tax for 6yrs now and have enjoyed the service but the fees keep going up! I used to use H&R Block but switched because of how expensive they were well Turbo Tax you're getting right up there with them!
