Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bug on the app - audit defense enabled when Filing It seems you can't get away from not opting out of Audit Defense, even you specifically deselect it. You can't proceed filing until you singed up for the Audit defense service of $45.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used to love it, now I'm not so sure Long time customer. I love the data entry interface. However, I have a simple financial situation and I don't need all the fancy stuff. Each of the last few years, I am increasingly angry with the high fees and intense up-selling attempts. I'm not sure I'm coming back unless the fees go down.
