Rated 3 out of 5 by from quite complicated with side income its take e so long 3 weeks before submitting. I got charged $100 to it my self and no Tax expert help at all. I have to pay another $120 to have tax expert.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from problems with 2020 turbotax bought turbotax deluxe at costco - problem 1 - cant use code to file tax online this year, and can't return after opening. so I redo taxes on the desktop version - problem 2 - in the program itself, it stated something similar to "with this version, it includes 1 free state" - but at the end, it still charged me $25 for the only state I'm filing. Call customer service, they said someone else had the same issue, but they are not doing anything about it. no credit on the account or anything.
