Awesome when it works , else you are on your own.Everything went smooth except the last step as I wanted to enter Sched D. And there was no help and no answer to my question how to resolve the issue and I paid over $120 for this service . My advise , some company pages are browser dependent and only use microsoft IE. Else you will be in deep trouble and nobody tells you in advance.

I also like the Information feature and that it takes you to or gives you extra information...very helpful for understanding taxes more.
