Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Old, but still good I used TurboTax software about 10 years ago. I had been using the online version for the last several years. I saw the download version on sale at Costco, so decided to save a few dollars. For those who like to review the forms in detail, this was better. But for the overall aesthetic, the online version looks nicer. My biggest gripe was that the text was tiny tiny on my 4k monitor - time for a refresh, I think.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Your software is buggy and predatory It's incredibly buggy that often times when you click next, it just takes you back to the same step after entering all the information required (I had to enter my driver license 5 times to finally able to file the return). Moreover, there is a pop up that asks you not to forget file while user is in the middle of entering the information, like why? It's very confusing to navigate (not sure if this is on purpose just to upsell your tax expert product) and it's predatory practice to force user re-entering all the information if they decide to downgrade. Your product is SaaS and you are literally making it difficult for user to use in order to upsell your bad software product. It's incredible that this is even a profitable company that is making this grade of software product in 2023.
