Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business NEEDS TO HAVE ACCESS TO SUPPORT! Very frustrating because there is no support the product like with the other TurboTax products and it's next to impossible to find any CPA/bookkeepers who will assist because they have their own software.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed with GA return Film tax credit for GA appeared from no where. It did not apply for my taxes annd I could not get rid of the stupid form. SInce I could not complete the form since I did not have a film tax credit, I could not file electronically.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Always communication problems Either with eFiling or updating the program, there are always hassles. Once again this year I had to print the business returns instead of being able to eFile. And yes, I did do all the 'helpful' suggestions like clear my cookies (why that should have any effect when I am submitting via the program, I don't know, but I did it in any case) and updated Windows. So again having to waste time going to the post office, paying certified mail etc. when it would be nice if this exorbitantly-priced software would just work.

Have been using preparer for 23 years with a large bill and retainer. If you have been doing or managing the income and expense in your books. This product is really great and friendly when it comes to filing time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo is good, but lacks some explanation We have used Turbo Tax for about 6 years, but it makes it impossible to go back and update something that may be different that the program does not capture like H&R Block. But it has it advantages as well. Problem is if you need help in better info, hard to come by.
