Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Login I have been a longtime user of Turbo Tax. Each time I try to login to Turbo Tax, it doesn't recognize my id or password. It takes me to help page to get a verification code and then I have to change the password again. Even after doing this, it still doesn't recognize my password. This is frustrating.

Completing and emailing the return was seamless - which can be an issue with other programs. Only critique is the nickname is a waste of time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is no longer user friendly The program doesn't allow me to save and print the entire file. It didn't allow me to enter a Schedule C without paying more. It used to be fairly easy to use, but this time it was a pain. After years of using Turbo Tax, this is the last time I'm going to use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Using Turbo Tax is never a pleasant experience Even in Oct - six MONTHS after filing my extension, I still can't get Turbo Tax to let me insert property taxes or prescription costs. I can always count on some unresolvable hassle when it comes to using Turbo Ta.
