Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has Ghost Form Bug Both the online and desktop versions gave me error messages about unneeded missing forms that took a long time to troubleshoot. I found posts about this bug online. Since tax season is almost over, it seems like they should have fixed it by now. I had bugs with last year's online version too. I feel like TurboTax has started taking its customers for granted.

She responded to all of our questions and kept us informed at each step in the process. It was easy to upload forms and review the materials. She was a pleasure to work with and gave us peace of mind!

I was also impressed with how quickly I was able to connect with a live agent via the chat function ... they could request to view my screen and led me through the parts of my return where I had questions.
