Rated 1 out of 5 by from Long painful expensive experience My tax return expert was passive aggressive and rude. She was impatient with me and unwilling to answer my questions. I had a discount that she wouldn’t apply. She didn’t know how to file my taxes for Etsy and relied on me to figure out this portion even though I paid her to do this for me. The price was double what I was told it would be. I was never fully explained as to how she filled out certain parts of the forms for me. It took a long time and was very painful and I will never do this again
