Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to fill out. I really liked how easy it was, the prompts were well thought. I didn't like the help menus. Not enough options for what I had to deal with. Nothing outrageous, just not what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful but easy to learn and use I have been having my taxes done by a CPA since the lates 90's because the complexity of filing taxes back in day for real estate, stocks and self-employment. When our CPA charged us $1000 last year I thought it was time to try and use a software service like turbotax again decades later. It was a wonderful experience. I found the software design to be user friendly, search and help features to be on point, and call center to be quick and responsive. In fact doing the taxes myself I found deductions my CPA wasn't taking advantage so using TurboTax didn't just save me Money on my prep and filing of taxes it also allowed me to owe uncle sam less than if I did it through my CPA. Thanks to the TurboTax team for building a wonderful product and making my experience excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is great tool, but be careful at the end The experience is very smooth, but you have to be careful at the end with and how do you want to pay for your processing fee. It seems like the system is trying to push to sign up for some kind of Klarma credit service or online checking account. So be careful before you start clicking

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax let me down this year. I did not get the letter with a new pin number. I used last year's and got rejected, altho TT said it was ready to file. No help was available in the software. The box on the return is blue and will not accept any input. After 2 hours on hold, IRS will send a new letter (in 3 weeks). No idea where it will go. Filled out extension form but no address where to send it.
