HorribleI have been rejected x3 and it took forever to get a call back, with someone I couldn’t understand..I have always went for the cheaper $40, but I went with the $90, so I would be able to communicate with someone live, so disappointed ..

Did not print needed formNot having free e-file for state at this price is unacceptable. After paying an extra $20 it did not print the form i was supposed to sign for Kentucky State Return.
