Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made File So Much Easier I thought I could file by myself but quickly realized it was much more complex because of all the 'unusual' things affecting my taxes that had happened during the pandemic. For a minimal price I was able to get expert help and maximum returns. I have used other tax filing organizations in the past years that charged more than double the cost!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful I have used Turbo Tax for years for creating 1099's W-2 and schedule C small business tax returns as well as 1040's. It's always pretty simple and any problems that crop up area fixable in the help menu. This year...I actually had to use the call in help center to solve the problem. Once I got through about a 15 minute wait, they were very helpful, directed me on what to do and solved my problem in about 5 minutes or less. I'm quite happy to find the help was efficient and prompt.
