Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did not like the consent at the end. I should not have to agree that you can use my refund if you determine that you helped with filing. I paid the $25 state fee. That is not extra help with filing. If my understanding is not correct, then the directions need to be clearer.

Turbo tax had one person contact me, take a preliminary look at my forms, provide reassurance, and guided me to a live person. I am so thankful the process is completed before the last minute and I have the assurance that it is accurate from a live person!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could not file Electronically This Year I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and this was the first time that I could not file electronically. I reviewed everything and the AGI was correct from 2020. I will not use again since I prefer filing electronically
