Looks good, flows good, intuitive, easy to use, no issues in the filling it out. Their desktop browser interface is what I use and it is beautiful.

The interface has become convoluted, making it harder to find information. Fees keep going up, with additional fees tacked on at the last minute for things that should just be part of the package.
