Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! Having used TurboTax for a few years, I get used to what sections apply to me and what to focus on, so it gets really easy to file taxes. I pay estimated taxes, so having the vouchers saved with the return is one of my favorite features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy and informative! Year after year, its so simple, quick, and satisfying. I even learn something new about my taxes every year. Also, they offer some great services that I basically ignored....BUT, I finally took the time one day to check them out. My credit score has improved by more than 75 points since using them! They really do help all year long!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product is made worse than that past years 2021 Tax Return software has a lot places that make the user uncomfortable. For instance, we are retired people and never entered any information about Child Credit claims, but the software kept asking us to correct some errors, which we have no idea at all. Some other places, such as the numbers we owe on the top of the screen (in red) is different from the calculation summary shown in the main screen. The third, the Total Deductions do not matches the summation from the numbers above. We don't want to list many other imperfects here. We are your customers for almost 20 years, but we feel so uncomfortable using the software this year than any past years.
