Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement! I would get stuck on a page not knowing how to move on to the next page, without going back to the previous page and going back and forth. Then mysteriously I tend to end up where I need to be. My computer went down and my daughter & son in-law got me this ipad, it doesn’t eactly work like my Apple computer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax used to be awesome This year i have fought the program tooth and tail. i have used turbotax business products for decades, since 1994, and this is the last year. I am very identity conscious; and any program that requires i turn off my security and privacy suite programs on my computer, to use this very identity intensive and invasive program, is absolutely not something i trust to be safe to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad experience I used Turbotax in 2020 to file my tax returns, federal and state, the federal return was review and I received a $4,600 increase in my refund, something I would have thought Turbotax would have detected during my completion of my return. Your facility for downloading information from various accounts, banks and brokerages, leaves a lot to be desired. I attempted to download from a brokerage and was prompted for an Intuit account, not knowing my password and clicking on the ‘forgot my password’ prompt lead me into an hour long resolution process that was, in my opinion, horrific! After 45 minutes attempting to resolve the password issue online, two calls to Customer Service and series of emails resulted in no resolution. Preloading my prior year return, I would have thought that any questions referencing prior year info would have be automatic, however several times I was asked to enter the info. The software displays information, instructions on how to proceed with something, but doesn’t allow the user to print the info for future reference. I’m seriously considering using some other vendors software next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from my federal and state tax return rejected I went back to review my tax return because it was rejected. the help i got was big zero. I redid the entire tax return again trying to fix the problem I did not know. I already paid for my efile and audit defense but the software kept asking me for repaying. I paid the efile twice and still got rejected and I had to send it by mail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great software otherwise being fouled up over the years TTax has improved and has become a great tool in tax preparation and education. Its tutorial is great and can still be improved. However, I find it annoying that TTax 2019 and 2020 have been fouled up with unnecessary re-activations which effectively block legitimate subscribers. Please keep your customers, make things transparent and easy. The software is already paid for and activated, no need for new SNAFUs.
