Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy filing It is super easy to follow all the instructions and it makes tax return super easy. I don't really like the feature that it gradually ask for money for additional functions, it would be better that just be straight out at the very beginning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2020 returns -- simplified Turbo Tax is always simpler and easy. And less time needed. I was doing my own taxes when we used carbon paper, and before we had Texas Instruments pocket calculators. My first computer was a simple 8 bit Commodore 64, before TurboTax was a name.. And now happiness, using Turbo Tax since1984, with such sweet computers. And I-Phones... And now, Great-Grand-Kids too!... Life is GOOD. Have fun. I can't believe how simple life has become.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax has many problems Wrestled with Turbo tax, could not find where or how to correct errors. The errors sited forms and lines but they didn't relate to anything in Turbo Tax. No cell I filled in had any form or line reference which made correcting errors impossible. Also had to enter the same information multiple times, very frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Process! This was definitely an easy process long as you READ everything that they are asking! I love how it really seems like someone is right there helping you. I personally did not use an expert but the entire process is super straight forward. Long as you have all the required paperwork, TurboTax does a great job at explaining what everything is and exactly what information to insert.

Turbo tax guided me through the whole process very well and already had my full time jobs information saved from the year prior. Will use Turbo Tax for life!
