Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very helpful for my tax needs. TurboTax has been the one any only tax tool I've ever used. I always recommend it to my friends and family. It is very user friendly, Whenever there are problems, there's always an expert available to assist.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good This year my turbo tax experience improved as compared to last year. Overall it was very good. There was one problem the link to get JPM Securities online code was not working and on the forums there were 100s of people complaining about it and Turbo Tax didn't fix it. I paid $90 for Turbo Tax Premium , $25 for California and $45 for Audit Defense. When I am doing all the work and paying $160 in total. Then TurboTax company should do it's job as well and ensure a bug free product. The whole process of adding JPM took me an extra 1.5 hours and it was very frustrating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used it for 30 years. Has not failed me yet. Easiest way to complete my laborious taxes each year. It would take me days to do it by hand and cost me a bundle to have others do it. Will save you money!

The one I used was supposed to have a discount from AAA but that didn't work, not sure if it was Turbotax or AAA that had the problem. Turbotax did give me a discount for my feedback on pricing. There are definitely some terms that could be described more clearly. I don't pay extra for the tax help, but defining a word by using the term in the definition doesn't help

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest Tax Man ever! Easy to use. Helpful hints throughout and then a help menu if you need more. Reasonably priced. For those that worry they would make a mistake and get audited; the program has checks and balances to make sure you don't make a mistake and if you do get audited then they have audit defense that you can purchase.
