Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has been getting the job done for me I think I used one of the first versions in 1998. Biggest asset is that it adds up the columns for me. Second it the interactive query that keeps me on track.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I trust TurboTax I have used TurboTax for all of my adult working years. I have had W2 income, small business income, as well as contractor income. Their products have never steered me wrong! Out of the past 13 years, I used a tax preparer one time from one of the rivals. That was the most confusing process and I lost money! TurboTax takes a bit more time to do on your own, but it's worth it for the peace of mind!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Diana was very helpful. Diana was responsive, helpful and diligent. My concern was the actual TurboTax process. For example, I was a bit surprised that even though I had uploaded all my documents when I was updating TurboTax myself, I had to reload all the documents manually in a separate section when I decided to switch to self-service. As a former Product Manager, I would suggest TurboTax address this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Removing an unneeded form Some how I got a rental income form included in my tax return. It was unneeded and unwanted. I was not able to remove it. There was no help available that addressed this problem.
