Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Programming EVER! I am 30+ tax professional and each year Turbotax diminshes in quality. This year was the worst. Did not flow federal law changes properly to state. Kept giving print error messages when ADOBE on my computer. Must reconsider competitor products

No reporting required/Tax liability if qualified withdrawal, and yet 529 plan earnings erroneously reported as part of total income. An unsatisfactory experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax form changes and updating of TurboTax Because of all the changes happening with Covid and Govt. stimulus checks and law changes there were many tax updates needed. I for one have a full time job, small business income and 2 kids in college. Lots of forms to fill out. It would be nice that when TurboTax updates, that it shows which forms and maybe program features were actually updated, which will only help in digesting my steps needed to correct a problem or waiting to file...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax is Awesome! TurboTax is invaluable in making sure I comply with the constantly changing tax law. I would hate to even try to do my taxes without TurboTax. It definitely makes my life easier. In addition, whenever I have had a problem over the years understanding the tax law and how to enter a specific item, I always got the help I needed from the TurboTax representatives. They are professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for your EXCELLENT software and for your very professional staff!
