I got to file my taxes a day before the deadline with confidence and stress free. I also know that my paperwork will be kept safe and secured with the Turbo Tax Max.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Seriously frustrating to correct errors Why is it that you are not able to condense products and services, then pay your taxes at the end, rather than ad hoc? I accidentally clicked the premium services, thought that I was paying my taxes due and then discovered it was for the premium service. Then spent 4+ hours trying to fix the mistake and multiple agents "just reach out to your bank to have it corrected does not suffice."

Had to call customer service, spent it least an extra 2 hours frustrated with this problem I would like a refund of the amount for Turbo Tax, to rectify this situation, as I spent valuable time to figure this out, which ended up to be a Turbo Tax tech issue. thank you very much.
