Rated 3 out of 5 by from Same problem every year I receive a form 1099-MISC every year that I have to report. It is from a legal services negotiated benefit that I receive from my employer. I always get errors on my return because TurboTax thinks this is from self employment. I wish there was something in the program to recognize this as just a benefit from my employer and not income earned through self employment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from free I used the Free edition because I bought the Deluxe disk version and could not get it to work...I had everything input into the program, except my W-2 and couldn't get back into the program. The help library was of no help.

She provided explanation to all questions, and provided incite into impact of some of my tax responses, clearing up several concerns I have had.
