Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I did my retired Uncle's taxes, in addition to my immediate family. My uncle's was the 5th return I efiled. Then, I mis-read instructions for filing Railroad benefits (which were poorly outlined in turbo tax), so I had to amend his return. I could not file the amendment because I did the 5th one already. I had to buy another Turbo Tax for $50 just to efile his one return. They should track social security numbers to count the number of efiles, not names. Very disappointed and threw money away having to buy two programs for the same year! I ahve been a loyal customer to Turbo Tax and have bought disks for over 20 years, I am not sure I will use Turbo Tax anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax always makes it easier. Had a lot going on in 2020. I retired and my wife was unemployed for a good portion of the year. I also had begun investing on my own in the stock market. Turbo tax made it a lot easier than I thought it would be.
