Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many problems this year I'm a long time user, with only minimal problems (foreign tax credit didn't work for 2-3 years. This year, activation codes and Business taxes were both problems. It activated fine, but then needed to be reactivated. I was on the phone for 4 hours, plus a couple hours internet searching ahead of time. The Business section (new to me) doesn't work. The numbers I enter disappear - and I've tried more than once. I'm not willing to waste more time on the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much easier than doing it myself The process was so simple I don't know why the government has to make it so complicated. Trying to figure out what needed to go where is impossible even with the government instructions because they use words that only an accountant understands. Turbo Tax asks questions that a non-accountant understands. Thank you.

I will say it was a little nerve racking not knowing what I was doing, but Turbo Tax helped me all the way through and I didn't have any issues. I even had to back step a few times, but the help button to read things over was really helpful in understanding what I was filling out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked Well The product seems to be quite thorough. It is a God-send as I would have absolutely no idea how to proceed without it. The sections are clear and you do have the option to go through it and decide how you want to proceed. I rely on the software to make sure that I do not forget anything. The check feature works well in finding things that require attention. I would be pleased to register my product, however, in order to do this you must have a US address.
