I always end up with an addition bill from the IRS. this year I didn't take some of the deductions, so well see what happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maximized my return with rebate I wasn't aware of I like the features that find the best possible return, which garnered me an extra $1,700 this year for the 2020 stimulus rebate I didn't know I was qualified for. The screens are easy to advance and contain all tax issues I might need to address. I did not like that they asked me to upgrade to the advice return options several times during my return process. I do like that they offer ability to submit state/school district returns for a fee.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs some work Not enough instructions on a section. Unable to find answers to questions. Each year it seems a harder to follow the forms flow. Charging to file state returns after purchasing Turbo Tax, I can understand a fee to file if the free version is used. Overall the quality seems to go down each year.
