As a trained tax preparer, I used the old DOS based legacy systems and simply loved the user-friendliness of this software package. The graphical user-interface is intuitive and the ease of use is great. I don't like the product pricing workflow, because you can start a product and with one click enter a new product that is more costly unbeknownst to the end-user...worse, if you take that path, then the only way to reconcile is to start from scratch. Other than that...good product.

There are only two instances in my life when I had to use a tax professional/ firm; first, when I moved overseas and the second instance, when I moved to another state. In this instance, I opted to use a tax professional/ firm given the unknown aspects to consider and to ensure that I captured all my income and deductions accurately in the move. The Turbo Tax software provided great support throughout use, was easy to follow, and fill out the information. I couldn't be more pleased with my filing approach using Turbo Tax! In a few hours I was done!
