I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the products and ease of use, however, for the last two to three years when it is time to check out and pay, the discount is never given to you and the amount of time spent on trying to find out why ends up ruining the whole experience. Thats why I didn't give an excellent rating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This years software was not good Was unable to readily find last years return, the PDF file I found wouldnt populate all the last years return information, wouldn't load the PDF file from a thumb drive to the new return. still cant find how to load the .tax file to this years "online" return, very confusing with all the upsell advertisements when signing onto the home account page. I couldnt find how to download a .tax file from the save page at the end of filing, in the software, only a PDF download.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was easy filing I didn't like that there was a cost to filing my Federal returns. Been filing with Turbo Tax for multiple years and never had to pay Federal before. But it was easy and convenient so I stuck with them to file again this year.
