Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will be changing to different product next year The amount of info that's "imported" but not carried over from form to form is horrible. Further, the software should be smart enough to know what deductions should be used / inputted. I have to answer the same questions as last year, with the same answers, THEN input all the details about mortgages, kids, etc, etc, etc... to be told that Standard deduction is best. Not worth the $100 I spent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not much help Our return was rejected, we could not find the error, tried several times with what was suggested and still could not submit, the second year in a row we had issues, no helpline or live chat to help figure out what the issue was. Do I get my online fees reimbursed??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Online is great! In the past, I have used Turbo Tax download for Mac, but this year I tried Turbo Tax online version - I found the tax tips were excellent to help me understand the nuances of the 2021 tax laws.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK and getting expensive Spent a lot of time on investments until I deleted everything and entered it all manually. Every year I go through the itemized deduction time waster and then I use the std deduction. Waste of my time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating! Three long telephone calls to "experts" who were unable to pull up my 2020 returns, though it was clearly there. Totally made filling out forms time consuming and difficult. Never had this problem before. Makes me wonder if I should us Turbo tax next year.
