Rated 5 out of 5 by from yall are amazing i spoke to so many advisors ramadon was one easiest name to remember lol he was so helpful and he was a also friendly and helpful made me feel like i actually knew what i was doing ahahha that man deserves a raise but they all do

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best I have been a turbo tax user for several years now and because my taxes are getting more complex I was going to go To a CPA this year. They solved my need this year with live full service tax completion, so I thought. I assumed I would have a CPA that would be doing my taxes with much more experience than myself. Long story short through much conversation with my financial advisor because my tax professional needed help via me/my advisor. 4 long weeks after my initial conversation I was finally able to file my taxes. Not sure I’ll be using them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax did a great job! I couldn't see EXACTLY what I wanted for my Questions. Instead they had Prepared ones which didn't really answer my questions I needed answer's too! Let customers get the questions they need answered!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating experience if there is an issue I had 2 W-2's and the program kept telling me there was an issue with one of them but not giving me details on which one it was. I kept trying to fix an issue for the wrong W-2. Provide specifics on instructions when more than one document is involved. Really frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from miss leading it say that it is free to file but when i got all the way to the end it charged me $125 out of my taxes and $40 of it was just to pay using my tases in sted of out of pocket...
