Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relatively easy to use for seniors. Been using TurboTax for a few years, including the professional version and can state categorically, that it is the easiest of all brands to understand and enter data. Recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone doing their own taxes.

Last year there was an issue with both my wife and myself having taken out the exact amount from each of our 401 account, kept coming back saying it was a duplicate, finely send my mail. This year I purchased a copy of software from BJ Wholesale, and when I started to do my taxes, it indicated that the License Code had been stolen. I will go back to them for a refund, but I would like to talk to someone from Intuit to see who used those license codes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrendous experience! This is the 2nd year I did the full service. First year, went great. Second year (current) took a month and the cpa still hadn’t worked on my return. She switched me to another person without mention and so many issues with the check out process I’m still dealing with having to get a refund since I overpaid because no one could figure out how to fix a simple code!

This year I had some unusual issues that required expert input and so I upgraded to Live help version and it helped tremendously.
