Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Live Advisors are great Subject Matter Experts I had to speak with Advisors twice while preparing my taxes. The first validated my major earnings and filing requirements. The second Advisor helped me how to better declare my expenses which reduced my tax significantly. I am very happy with the Live support service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use We have used Turbo Tax for years, and it's easy and quick and relatively inexpensive. However, we have not been able to successfully file electronically since the pandemic. We get cued to put in the AGI of the previous year, and we do, and we get rejected. I don't know if this is an IRS problem or a Turbo Tax problem, but it's meant having to mail in our forms and wait months (6 months last year) for our return. (We also use it to complete my mom's taxes for her, and we have no problem e-Filing for her.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No reason for me to owe this much. I will be investigating with a licensed tax preparer to check if anything needs to be ammended. I am a 22 year old single filer with a job in retail and I pay taxes with every paycheck. There is absolutely no reason for me to owe $679 in federal taxes.
