Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is still great! I had problems with this year's taxes. I had difficulty downloading my purchased software, due to not finding a system that would accept it. Additionally, I couldn't get answers as well as I used to in the past. I had a hangup with one form that just wouldn't let me continue. It was probably a user- error-I probably hit Yes to something that should have been No, but I couldn't figure it out. Even going to Forms didn't help. But, overall, it is still a great system! Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from User since the beginning I've been using TurboTax since the beginning. It's gotten easier to use every year. In the beginning, you filled out actual tax forms. Now, you simply answer questions and the forms are automatically populated. I had a difficult time with the support function. I couldn't find how I was to frame my questions nor where to look.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from hidden charges i got through the entire process seemingly issue free, and as soon as i went to finalize and transmit my tax forms they charged me over $100 for a “lifetime learning credit”. absolute crap.
