Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great I've used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. More recent versions do make it more difficult to get back to specific line items to make changes. Some of the Turbo Tax questions are difficult to answer for my specific tax situation, so I had to guess at the best response. Notwithstanding, its a great program that I plan to continue to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from some improvements neded Not able to make a payment for additional state tax returns online. Required to make payment by phone. Some time payment screen is too large so I cannot proceed to pake the payment before I have to reduce the screen size.

Just like last year, I am being forced to file by mail because my AGI, which I can read on the form, does not agree with what the IRS thinks it is. I have tried four times to refile, but failed each time. what on Earth is the cause of this trouble, which has cost me 2 days of re-do? I've been using TT for DECADES and generally loved it until last year and this year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rejected Return Counts Towards 5 Efile Limitation I tried to efile a tax return but it was rejected, so I filed by mail. However, the system treated this transaction (although it was rejected) as one of the 5 tax returns that's allowed under Turbo tax. In my attempt to efile another tax return (separate from the one rejected) the system indicated that I had reached my 5 efile limitation, even though I had only efiled 4 accepted returns.
