I was a little hesitant to get the service, but needed the help because I was lost trying to figure out my tax situation. Scott was amazing in providing the information needed, was prompt in returning documents and explained exactly what was going on with my situation. He was asked questions that I was unaware that I qualified for. I am so grateful for his customer service, and his knowledge assisting me. Dale was very patient and explained and cleared up any questions I had concerning my taxes he explained the process and was always in communication with me through the live chat. I would recommend this service to my friends and family I am very pleased with the help that I got!
