Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ridiculously Priced My husband and I are filing jointly and turbo tax is charging us $216 to file. It kept tacking on charges when the only thing we've filed with were our W2, 1 car registration and 1 IRA account. No property, no house, nothing different than last year. Next year I'll have to see about filing it myself because what the actual heck.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use - Deceptive pricing It's great that it pulled in all my info from previous years and makes it super easy to complete my taxes. My issue is that the website showed one price for Premium, and I was supposed to get a discount off of that. However, once it came time to pay, it was $30 higher and my discount became even smaller. I paid it, but definitely exploring other options next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal Return Rejected; correction how-to unclear I have used TurboTax for several years in a row with very few issues. However this year my federal return was rejected. I folllowed the steps in TurboTax to correct the errors, got the all clear and re-filed. The return was rejected again. I was able to figure out the issue manually but the steps were convoluted. Not a great experience this year.
