Rated 3 out of 5 by from KIND OF DISAPPOINTED iT WAS EASY.. BUT IT TELLS U THAT ITS FREE UNTIL THE END THEN WANTS TO CHARGE U ALL THESE FEES FOR STATE AND PROCESSING. IF I WANTED THAT I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY TAXES TO A TAX PLACEW. FREE IS SUPPOSED TRO MEAN , FREE!!!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from All Kinds of Problems with This Wanted my 2019 AGI to efile, which is kind of the whole point of using TT. But when I tried to get if off my computer, ran into all kinds of problems. Had to update 2019. Wanted the keychain password, whatever that is. Had several times when the spinning color wheel of death appeared, had to wait a lot of time for that to resolve. Just not as efficient as it should be. Don't remember getting popped at the end an extra $25 for the state. Etc. etc. Y'all need to work on streamlining this, and cut out the " refund you deserve" language, ugh.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thankful!! I'm extremely happy with Turbotax. I have efiled with them for the past few years and I have to say that its always such a smooth and easy process. This time around I needed help filing a document I've never had before but with the help of my Live Expert I was able to get through it and understand it better.

I'm better off getting from Google. This year faced issue with 8606 trigger , stocks with prior loss carry over etc., can be improved much better.
