Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX is OK, sort of. The web page takes way too long to open and the sign in takes even longer. The process of completing the form was a bit tedious but I understand you have to be careful. When I was informed IRS rejected the filing I corrected the information and tried to complete the e-to file process and at the last step I was put into something called "Mint" after 2:00 o'clock in the morning. Try as I might I could not get out of "Mint." Finally I clicked the "X" and everything was closed. I tried everything I could think of to find out if I had e-filed the correction successfully to no avail. Finally I was directed to Lea in customer service and she was able to get me on track in hardly any time. She was great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Federal is outstanding; state not so much TurboTax federal prep is the best, both in terms of thoroughness and ease of use. Wish I could say the same for the state (AZ in this case). It asked me questions about things that should have transferred over, like foreign tax amounts and countries, and too many screens asked cryptic, tax-y questions. It seems as if the fed and AZ program were designed and built by separate software companies.
