Do not like that TT upcharges and tries to sell more product throughout the process. Ask everything at the beginning or dont ask at all. Once I start the taxes, I just want to get it done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A whole month? It took an entire month to complete my taxes. It's not that complex. I had to file an extension at the last minute to make sure it wasn't late. I didn't pay nearly $400 to be in a hurry. A month is more than enough time.

The knowledge articles are quite helpful in providing information to help clarify questions. I also like the LIVE expert tax advice. If you get stuck, the experts connect with you via chat or phone call. The ability to share screen makes things easy for you and the expert to walk through where you need help. I truly appreciate TurboTax and the team!
